One of 3 cars leased from Maine Narrow Gauge Museum, this is how she looked when she arrived in Phillips.
As a winter project, our Superintendent began resheathing the car.
More of the resheathing effort.
Two coats of paint later, the car entered service for Old Home Days, 2008. Still to be done is the lettering. She will be marked as SR&RL #32 and stenciled as owned by MNGM, leased to the SR&RL RR.
The lettering is complete as SR&RL #32. That would be the next excursion car in sequence continuing the original SR&RL numbering.
Here you can see that we have stenciled the car showing its Maine Narrow Gauge ownership and road number as required by our lease.
